Current Vacancy: Telemarketing Executive
The primary purpose of this role is to set quality appointments on behalf of the direct sales team. You will need to achieve a target number of appointments to meet revenue objectives and provide sales/activity log sheets on a weekly basis. Outbound calling experience in a B2B environment and objection handling experience is desirable.
Responsibilities include:
- Outbound cold calling to identify decision makers and generate appointments
- Achieve a target number of appointments per month
- Maintain prospect information contained in the contact database and follow-up calls promptly
- Responsible for correspondence with prospects and customers to support the sales process
- Follow-up on incoming leads from Sales personnel and the company website / online campaigns
- Creatively identify new and untargeted opportunities and work to qualify target company lists
- Sales administration support as required
The chosen candidate will possess an excellent telephone manner, be self-motivated and target driven, with excellent interpersonal skills. A working knowledge of PC applications is required. Full product training will be provided. To apply you must have previous appointment making, telesales or telemarketing experience in a target driven environment.
